Speed Energy Efficiency Zones - In the next couple of weeks or so, random speed tracking zones will be set up in Highlands Ranch to capture auto speed data and drivers who exceed the posted speed limit. Data gathered will be used to assess the feasibility of enacting a speed energy efficiency surcharge fine. http://seezones.blogsome.com
